The UPRAWR Mental Health Foundation is a brand new mental health charity committed to helping people between the ages of 18 and 35 that can relate to the rock and alternative music scene that the UPRAWR brand has become synonymous with. Mental health issues are becoming more and more prominent within our communit and so with the rising numbers of young people suffering from mental health issues it seems obvious that more needs to be done in the UK to help.
